Session rescheduling: If you cannot attend your booked demo, you may reschedule once to another available slot at no charge — provided you notify us at least 12 hours before your session.
2. AI Spark Week (₹3,000)

Our commitment: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the first session for any reason, contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
4. EMI Payments
- EMI instalments already paid are subject to the same refund policy as full payments, calculated proportionally.
- Pending instalments will be cancelled upon approved refund requests.
- Processing fees charged by the payment gateway on EMI transactions are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, registered email, Order ID, and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days.
6. Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges
If your payment failed but your bank account was debited, contact us immediately at info@academyofai.in or WhatsApp +91 83330 21026 with your Order ID. We will investigate and refund within 3 business days if the charge is confirmed.
- Duplicate payments (charged twice for the same order) will be fully refunded within 3 business days.
- Payments captured by the gateway but not reflected in your registration will be refunded in full.
7. Program Cancellation by Academy of AI
- If Academy of AI cancels a program or session due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
- In case of rescheduling, students who cannot attend the new date are entitled to a full refund.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Payment gateway processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Certificates already issued are non-refundable.
- Study materials and resources already accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.
